- 1 ½ cups water or almond milk
- 2 scoops M Nutrition protein powder
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch of ground nutmeg and ground ginger
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
