Honey Banana Shake

Ingredients:


- 1 ½ cups of water or almond milk

- 1 frozen banana

- ¼ cup plain greek yogurt

- 2 scoops M Nutrition protein powder

- 1 teaspoon honey

- a sprinkle of ground nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
