All orders placed between Monday-Friday, from 8:00 am-4:00 pm eastern time will be shipped within two (2) business days.
Orders placed between Saturday & Sunday will be shipped within two (2) business days.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will send you the tracking number via email promptly.
Please note that some orders sent via 1st class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock as soon as possible with free shipping. When the back-order item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order with free shipping as well.

How To Return An Item
Our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website. Your item must be in its original unused, unopened, and unaltered condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
*You must return the item within 30 days from the purchase date of your receipt.
Steps To Return Item(s):
Email our support team at with your contact information, receipt of purchase, brief reason for return, and ship from location so we may prepare a return label for you.
Print the provided return label.
Attach return label on the return package.
Pack and ship the item(s) you are returning within the return deadline provided.
Buyer covers the cost of return shipping
Please email our support team at once your return tracking number (provided by your carrier) notifies you that the return package has been delivered to verify with our team that it has been received and to request your refund.
*returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee (calculated from your returned purchase receipt total) when they are considered non-defective.
